Pre-Evaluation Form

Complete the online form with your personal data, medical history, and procedure preferences. This is the first step to determine if you are a candidate.

Photo Documentation

Upload a minimum of 4 photos: front, back, left profile, and right profile. All images are strictly confidential and used exclusively for medical evaluation.

Medical Review

Our team reviews your complete case. You will receive a response within 24 to 72 hours with an initial assessment and next steps.

Personalized Guidance

Coordinator Assignment

A personal coordinator is assigned to guide you through every detail. Natalia (Colombia) and Carolina Vesga (international) manage all patients with the same level of care and attention.

Medical Evaluation

If your case moves forward, the coordinator guides you to the next step: a detailed medical evaluation to define the surgical plan. This consultation has a fee and may be virtual or in person.

Pre-Surgical Preparation

After the medical evaluation, you will receive a list of pre-surgical exams specific to your case, as indicated by Dr. Hoyos.

Travel & Surgery

International patients should arrive 3 days before the procedure. Plan to stay a minimum of 14 days after surgery for initial recovery and follow-up appointments.
